Use the Activity dialog box to schedule activities, add attendees, associate contacts and leads with activities, and perform other activity-related tasks. You can use the Screen Designer to revise the layout and behavior of the tabs on the Activity dialog box. - Invite Attendees Email Dialog Box
When you schedule an activity on the Activity dialog box, you can use the Invite Attendees dialog box to send an email message that notifies the attendees of the date, time, subject, and purpose of the activity. - Activity Reminder Pop-up Dialog Box
The Activity Reminder Pop-up dialog box reminds you of an upcoming activity. You must be logged on to Ajera CRM to receive a pop-up reminder. If you are not logged on to Ajera CRM when a reminder is due, the reminder displays the next time that you log on.
