Proposal Logs
Use the Proposal Log feature to associate a proposal record with an opportunity record in the Opportunity Info Center.
You can access the Proposal Log dialog box from a proposal record or an opportunity record. When you create a Proposal Log entry, Ajera CRM uses the data that you enter on the Proposal Log dialog box to associate the proposal with the an Opportunity Info Center record.
You may be required to submit more than one proposal for a single opportunity. For example, a client may initially request a Statement of Qualification, followed by a Technical and Cost Proposal, and then a Best and Final Offer. If you use the Proposal Log feature, it is easier to keep track of all the proposals that are associated with each opportunity.
