Roles Overview
Security roles define each Ajera CRM user's access rights and determine what actions the user can perform. Ajera CRM identifies a user's security role when the user logs in. Each user must be assigned to one role.
You can assign multiple users to the same role, which is useful when you want to group employees with the same access rights.
You can establish a separate role for each business unit in your organization. For example, a "marketing" role restricts a user's access to only those Ajera CRM features that relate to marketing.
