Invoke Custom Method Configuration Dialog Box
The Invoke Custom Method action allows users to call a custom DLL. For example, you can use this action to modify your Ajera CRM database if it doesn't suit your company's needs. You can also use this action as a method of interacting with another outside application or system.
Location
To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:
- From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click , then select the type of workflow you want to create.
- In the Workflows grid, select the workflow row (event) to which you want to add the action.
- In the Actions grid, click Insert and select Invoke Custom Method.
