Set Up Authentication for Internet Access
If your company requires credentials for Ajera CRM to access the Internet (HTTP), you must establish authentication settings in General System Settings. For setups that do not require authentication to access the Internet, leave these fields blank.
Some networks cache credentials, so that after one successful request has been made, changing these fields to invalid values may still allow calls to the Internet to succeed for some time.
If your company requires authentication to access the internet, complete the following steps:
- From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click .
- On the General System Settings form, click the Miscellaneous tab.
- In the Internet Authentication area, enter information in the Domain, Username, and Password fields.
- Click Save.
