Delete a Phase from a Service Profile
You can delete a phase from a service profile.
You cannot delete the phases for system-defined service profiles.
To delete a phase from the Service Profiles grid, complete the following steps:
- From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click .
- Click the Service Phases tab.
- In the grid, click the row that contains the phase that you want to delete.
- On the grid toolbar, click Delete.
- Click Save.
