The Deltek Ajera CRM help system provides help for all areas of the application. You launch the help system from links in Ajera CRM. Each section of the help contains all of the help topics for one application, such as the Info Center or Reporting.
The help system provides the following types of topics:

Field Descriptions | At the form and dialog box level, reference topics contain tables of field descriptions. These topics describe data entry requirements for each field and the effects of each option. |
Concepts | Concept topics explain the underlying concepts that drive Ajera CRM's various business processes. |
Checklists | Checklist topics provide lists of procedures that you must perform sequentially to complete complex processing functions. |
Overviews | Overview topics introduce an application, feature, or process. |
