Set Up Server Options
Use the Servers tab of General System Settings to configure process queues and application servers.
To set up server options, complete the following steps:
- From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click .
- On the General System Settings form, click the Servers tab.

Select one of the following actions:
Option Description To add a new process queue or application server Click Insert in the appropriate grid. Ajera CRM adds a blank row, in which you can enter the name of the queue or server. To delete an existing queue Select the queue and click Delete. To pause or continue a process queue Select the queue and click Pause or Continue. Ajera CRM updates the status in the Status field. - Complete or modify the fields on this tab.
- Click Save.
