While the details for working with records vary across Info Centers, the basic procedures are similar.

If you create a space for an opportunity in Kona, you can link that space to the opportunity and then access the space from the Opportunity Info Center when you display the opportunity record. - Attach a Document to an Opportunity Record
You can upload a new document and attach it to an Info Center record if Ajera CRM has been configured to allow you to attach documents and the file type is an approved file type. - Delete an Opportunity Record
When you delete an Info Center record, you permanently remove it from the Ajera CRM database. You cannot undo the deletion of an Info Center record. The basic procedure that you use to delete records is the same in all Info Centers. - Managing Opportunity Associations
You can specify relationships between opportunity records and other types of Info Center records on the grids throughout the Opportunity Info Center. For example, to associate a contact with an opportunity, you insert the contact on the Contacts grid of the Contacts tab in the Opportunity Info Center.
