Email Configuration Dialog Box
Use the Email Configuration dialog box to set up a workflow action that will send an email message to a selected person when certain conditions occur.
Warning: For Email Alert actions to work, you must first set up your
Ajera CRM URL.
Location
To display the dialog box, complete the following steps:
- From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click , then select the type of workflow you want to create.
- In the Workflows grid, select the workflow row (event) to which you want to add the action.
- In the Actions grid, click Insert and select Email Alert.
