After you convert the
vendor records, you must use
Ajera CRM Security Configuration to disable the
Vendor Info Center for all roles.
If
Ajera CRM detects possible duplicate records during this procedure, the Potential Duplicate Records Found dialog box displays. This dialog box lists any existing record that already has the identifier that you are trying to use for a new record.
To create a
client from a
vendor record, complete the following steps:

From the
Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click
.

Complete the fields on the Main tab of the Create
Client from
Vendor form.

Click the Field Mappings tab and complete the fields on the tab.

Click
Duplicate Client Check to check for duplicate
client records.

Review the records to be sure that the record you are adding does not already exist in your database.

Click
Run to run the conversion process.
Ajera CRM displays the Confirm Run dialog box to warn you that the conversion makes permanent changes to the database.
