You can use Desktop Integration to search Info Center records for matching text.
To search the
Ajera CRM Info Centers from your Windows® desktop, complete the following steps:

In the notification area of your Windows taskbar, right-click the Deltek
Ajera CRM Quick Launch icon (
), or click
Deltek Ajera CRM on the toolbar of the Add-Ins tab in Outlook, Word, or PowerPoint.

Select
Search Deltek Ajera CRM.

In the
Search Text field, enter a search value.
The search is limited to
Ajera CRM Info Center information. The Search tool searches only the name fields in the
Ajera CRM database to find matching records and only retrieves records to which you have security access.

Click
Search.
Ajera CRM returns a list of all records with a name that contains the search value.
