Create an Activity from Your Desktop

You can use Ajera CRM Desktop Integration to create and save a new Ajera CRM activity from your Windows® desktop.

To create an activity from your Windows desktop, complete the following steps:

  1. Right-click the Deltek Ajera CRM Quick Launch icon () in your system tray or click Deltek Ajera CRM on the toolbar of the Add-Ins tab in Outlook.
  2. Select Create Activity.
  3. Complete the fields on the Deltek Ajera CRM - Activity dialog box. The dialog box reflects Ajera CRM's standard, system-defined fields and labels. No custom fields display.
  4. Click OK.
