Key Convert Projects Form

Use the Key Convert Projects form to change one or more project numbers throughout Ajera CRM or to combine/close out project data into a single project.

Location

To display the form, complete the following step:

From the Ajera CRM Navigation menu, click Utilities > Key Conversions > Projects.

Field	Description
Combine Existing Projects	Select this option if you want to combine existing projects. Ajera CRM allows you to enter an existing project number in the New Project field.
Project	Select the project number(s) you want to change by performing one of the following actions: Click Insert to insert a new row in which you can use the Project lookup to select one project number. Click Lookup/Insert to display the Project lookup, where you can select one, more than one, or all project numbers.
Name	Displays the name of the project. Click this field to go to the Project Info Center, where you can modify project data.
New Project	Enter an existing project number if the Combine Existing Projects option is selected. Enter a new project number if the Combine Existing Projects option is cleared.
