Step 2: Set up database administrators

Ajera Cloud clients: You do not complete this task. Contact Ajera Support to request additional databases.

After setting up multiple databases, you must set up the first employee as the administrator for each database. Choose an employee who can maintain each database, has full rights to the system, and has access to all options, tasks, reports, and employee user IDs and passwords.

Before you begin

To set up database administrators

  1. On the Ajera Login window, select your new database from the drop-down menu in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
  2. In the username field, type Master.
  3. In the password field, enter the master password for the original Ajera database.
  4. Click Login. You are now logged into your new database.
  5. From the > Setup menu, click Employees. Complete the steps described in the Set up Ajera Administrators section.
