Certified payroll report

The WH-347 “Payroll (For Contractors Optional Use)” form may be used by contractors or subcontractors to submit certified weekly payrolls for contracts subject to the Davis-Bacon and related Acts.

Filters

Week Begin Date	This is the work week beginning date.
Pay Date 1	Enter the pay date that includes the pay for the week selected.
Pay Date 2	Optional. If the time for this week is paid over 2 payrolls, enter the second payroll date.

To print instructions for the form, select the Customize option and check Print instructions.
