Use this inquiry to see information for recurring journal entries.

Using the inquiry

From the > Reports menu, click Standard Inquiries > General Ledger > Recurring Journal Entry.

Inquiry conditions

The inquiry automatically contains a condition to show only data from active recurring journal entries. You can always add, change, or delete conditions on an inquiry.

Standard columns

Column	Description	Date range available
Description	The name of the recurring journal entry
Reference	The reference number of the recurring journal entry
Entry Date	The date of the recurring journal entry
Day of the Month	The day of the month (as a number of 1 through 31) when you want to create the journal entry
Increment Reference Number	Indicates if the Increment check box is selected for the journal entry
Last Increment	The last number appended to a reference number for further identification
Effective Start Date	The date when you want to start producing the recurring journal entry	x
Effective End Date	The date when you want to stop producing the recurring journal entry	x
Date Last Created	The last time you created the recurring journal entry	x
