Reactivating a reporting entity

If you made a reporting entity inactive, and you want to make it active again, you can reactivate it.

When you inactivated the reporting entity, you assigned a replacement reporting entity for Ajera to use on financial statements. When you reactivate the reporting entity, Ajera does not change the reporting entity again for those statements.

To reactivate a reporting entity

1. From the > Setup menu, click Company > Financials > Reporting Entity.

2. To view the status of items in the list if needed, click (Customize), select the Status check box, and click OK. Click in the Status column, and select All.

3. Click the reporting entity you want to reactivate, and click Edit .
4. In the Status field, select Active.
5. Click Save.
6. Click Close.
