Inactivating a custom field

When you inactivate a custom field, it no longer appears on the window. Unlike deleting the field, you can use it again by making it active.

To inactive a custom field

  1. From the > Setup menu, click Company > Custom Fields.
  2. In the table, double-click the window where you want to inactivate a field.
  3. Click the field you want to inactivate, and click Edit .
  4. In the Status field, select Inactive.
  5. Click OK.
