Writing off a client invoice

Draft invoices

You can write off a draft invoice that you cannot bill.

If you later want to bill the written-off time and expenses, you can make the written-off work-in-progress (WIP) available on the next draft invoice.

You can also write off a Final invoice that you cannot collect.

If you later want to reverse the write-off, you can reinstate the written-off invoice.
