How do you find Ajera help?

From the Help menu, select the Ajera Learning Center and Help option.

• To browse through a logical sequence of related content, click the Contents tab.
• To find information about a specific topic, click the Index tab and enter a relevant keyword.
  
• To find definitions of Ajera terms, click the Glossary tab and click on the relevant term.
• To search for a single word or phrase in the Ajera Learning Center , click in the Search field. Enclose phrases in quotes.
  A list of topics with that word or phrase appears with a brief description of that topic .
• To print the displayed help topic, click the icon above the text.
• To find help specific to your location in Ajera, click the Help button in the lower right-hand corner of the Ajera window.
• To find details about Ajera reports, click the (question mark) in the upper right-hand corner of the report window.

Help describes all the features of Ajera. When a feature applies only to a product or add-on, you will see the following:

• unavailable in ajeraCore

• unavailable in ajeraCore unless you have the Departments add-on

• unavailable in ajeraCore unless you have the Payroll add-on

• unavailable in ajeraCore unless you have the Consultant Management add-on

Viewing e-learning lessons

Ajera 7 help contains two kinds of e-learning: video lessons and quick lessons:

• Click the button when it appears in a help topic. A visual demonstration of certain tasks in Ajera appears.
• Click the button when it appears in a help topic. A graphical overview (.PDF) of certain processes in Ajera appears.
