List reports

Use these reports to print a list of the items you set up:

  • Activity List
  • Chart of Accounts
  • Client List
  • Client Type
  • Contact List
  • Contact Type
  • Department List (unavailable in ajeraCore unless you have the Departments add-on)
  • Employee List
  • Employee Type
  • Phase List
  • Project List
  • Project Type
  • Utilization Type
  • Vendor List
  • Vendor Type

To review a summary of the options you selected and information you entered when setting up items, print the Setup reports.

Producing the reports

From the Reports menu, click List and select the report you want to produce.

Customize options

These options are available for all the list reports:

Option Description

Report title

You can change the title of the report.

Print customize options on report

If selected, it prints a list of the options that you select.

These additional options are also available for these reports:

Status to print

Prints all items or only active or inactive items

Sort order

Sorts the report by the option you select

Print pay info

If selected, it prints the information that you set up for the employee from Setup > Employees > Pay Information tab if the View employee cost check box is selected for the security group (Company > Security > General tab).

Use drilldown

If selected, you can drill down to further detail on the report. If cleared, all information, including the lowest level of detail, prints on the report.

Prints all phases or only those with the status you select

Print all projects or only those with the status you select

Limit by

Only prints projects (for the project report) or phases (for the phase report) associated with the project manager, billing manager, or principal-in-charge who is producing the report. You can also print all projects or phases by selecting No limit.
