Inactivating a billing review stage

An inactive billing review stage cannot be used, but it remains in the database and continues to appear on inquiries.

  1. From the Setup menu, click Billing Review Stages.
  2. If the status of the items in the list is not visible, click (Customize), select the Status check box, and click OK. In the Status column, select All.
  3. Click the billing review stage you want to make inactive, and click Edit.
  1. In the Status field, select Inactive.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Click OK.
