Deleting a pay (payroll service or outsourced payroll)

You cannot delete the pays that Ajera automatically creates for you (Regular, Premium Pay 1, 2, or 3). You also cannot delete a pay if it is currently being used. However, you can make it inactive.

1. From the Company menu, click Payroll > Pays.
2. Click the pay you want to delete, and click the Delete button.
3. Click Yes to delete it.
4. Click Close.
