Lesson 3: Training others

Often accountants use many reports in Ajera to perform their basic tasks. In addition, they are often responsible for producing and distributing reports to others in the firm, such as principals, project managers, and marketing specialists.

For accountants, this lesson provides some tips on how to get principals, project managers, and marketing specialists started in producing and reviewing the information they need.

Here's the general process for getting others trained in using Ajera's reporting:

  1. Ensure that their security settings allow them access to the reports, inquiries, and financial statements that they need.

  1. To help them select and review the reports that will be important to them, direct them to the appropriate help topic.
  2. Let them know how to access the reports that they need.
