Unit 2: Planning and discovery

The first phase of your implementation is the Planning and Discovery phase.

Because each implementation is different - completely tailored to a specific firm's needs and capabilities - you will work closely with your Axium consultant to develop an implementation plan that meets your firm's needs.

The success of the implementation rests on your firm's ability to determine its goals for Ajera and to communicate them to your Axium consultant.
