Changing hours on a paycheck

When you create a payroll, Ajera automatically creates paychecks for it. These paychecks reflect hours an employee enters on a timesheet for the time period of the payroll.

Note:

Only timesheet hours dated after the payroll start date that you entered in Company > Preferences or in Company > Companies (for multi-company) are included in payroll.

Changing hours entered through a timesheet

If an employee changed a timesheet since you set up the payroll, and you need to reflect those changes in the paycheck for that payroll, do the following:

  1. Delete the paycheck.
  2. Add the paycheck back to the payroll.

Changing hours entered directly on a paycheck

In addition to paychecks based on timesheet hours, you may have added pays directly to a paycheck. You can simply change the paycheck for pay information that you entered directly on it.
