An invoice format is a group of options that specify the content and style of client invoices.
You can create as many invoice formats as you need to produce different types of invoices for different types of projects. For example, you may use different invoice formats for different types of billing on projects, such as Percent Complete, Percent of Construction Cost, or Time & Expense.
With the options you select when setting up your project and setting up an invoice format, you determine the content and look of your invoice. It can include:
