Log In Assistance (Forgotten Password or User ID)
Use this dialog box to retrieve a forgotten PPM Administrator user ID or reset a forgotten PPM Administrator password.

I Forgot My Password | Select this option to reset your PPM Administrator password. PPM Administrator checks the email address associated with the user account.
If there is a valid user ID and email address for this account, click OK to receive an email message with a temporary password that will allow you to access your account. Follow the directions in this email message to reset your password the next time that you log in. If there is not a valid user ID and email address for the account, an error message displays and you need to click OK to return to the login screen. |
I Forgot My User ID | Select this option to receive a reminder for your assigned user ID. When you select this option, the
Email Address field is activated. Enter the email address that is associated with your user ID and click
OK.
If the email address is valid, you will receive an email message with the user ID information. Follow the directions in this email message and use this Vantagepoint user ID the next time that you log in. If the email address is not valid, an error message displays. You can enter a different email address in the Email Address field or contact your system administrator for help. |
