Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Change or Reset your Password

When you change or reset your password, it is only changed or reset for the data source into which you are currently logged. If you log into a different data source, that password may be different.

You can change your password using the My Preferences dialog box which you can access by clicking Settings at the top right corner of the window.

Password Policy

When you change or reset your password, you will need to follow password complexity guidelines to ensure its effectiveness and security.

If your password is missing one or more of the requirements, it will not be approved.

  • Weak: Password should contain at least one character.
  • Medium: Password should contain characters and digits.
  • Strong: Password should contain characters, digits, and special character(s).
  • Minimum Length: Password should be at least a minimum number of characters in length. This number is determined by PPM Administrator.

If you forget your password, request a password reset from a user who has PPM Administrator access.
