Benchmark Reporting Target Scores Tab
Target Scores for Comparison
The Target Scores tab displays the Target Scores for Comparison grid which allows you to enter the target scores for each of the percentage periods. These scores will determine if a project in the report is considered successful.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Progress | This row displays the percentage periods of the project, ranging from 10% to 100%. |
| Score | This row displays the project score for each corresponding percentage period.
Click on a project score to change the value. You can enter any value from 0 to 100. |
Benchmark reporting normalizes projects to a percent complete (%C) scale with 10 %C increments. You will provide overall target scores for what you are measuring, such as acceptance criteria and benchmark attributes.
The default value for each percentage period in the grid is 75. You can change the values to any valid value from 0 to 100. If you enter a value that is less than 0, the score will automatically change to 0. If you enter a value more than 100, the score will automatically change to 100. Each report has its own set of expected values which are stored within the report record.
