  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Benchmark Reporting Scoring Tab

Acceptance Criteria

The Scoring tab controls which Acceptance Criteria and metrics are used in the scoring. The report calculates a project overall score by getting the average of the acceptance criteria and benchmark attribute scores included in the report.

The Scoring tab displays the Acceptance Criteria grid which allows you to identify acceptance criteria templates to use in your benchmarking report. You can add acceptance criteria templates without affecting previously uploaded project snapshots in the Submittals hub. The acceptance criteria in the Reports hub are only used in generating benchmark reports.

Field Description
Template This column contains the acceptance criteria templates.

When you click on an existing value, a drop-down menu will display. You can change the existing value by selecting another value from the options.
