  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Publish (Export) a Scenario to MS Project or Primavera

After a cleansed scenario has been created, you can publish it back to its original format (MS Project or Primavera).

Note: In order to export to Microsoft Project (MPP), the scenario needs to be created from a schedule that was imported from an MPP file. Otherwise, you can only export to MSP XML.

To publish (export) a scenario, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the S1 // Projects tab.
  2. Select the scenario that you want to export (publish).
  3. To export the scenario, complete one of the following actions:
    • Right-click the scenario in the Projects tab tree view and select the export option.
    • Select the scenario then, in the Scenario Generation group, click Export Scenario.

    The file is scheduled/CPM-time analyzed in Acumen before being published and therefore has updated early/late dates, float, and so on.
