Import / Publish Group on the S3 // Risk Tab

Use the commands in this group to import or publish (export) a risk register.

Print Preview

Select one of these options to preview the view. You can then save, print, export, or email the view. Some of the options are only available when that view is selected in Views > Right Panel.

Excel

Field Description
Import Risk Register from Excel Select this option to import a risk register from MS Excel.
Export Risk Register to Excel Select this option to export a risk register to MS Excel.
Import Activity Uncertainty Select this option to import uncertainty as absolute values (Min, Most Likely, Max, and so on) or percentage values (Min %, Most Likely %, Max %, and so on).
Export Activity Uncertainty Select this option to export the Min, Most Likely, Max and so on, values for non-complete activities to an Excel file.

Copy to Clipboard

Select an option from this drop-down list to copy visible charts to the clipboard for pasting into other applications. The available options change depending on the panel views.

For Risk Driver and Risk Driver Comparison charts, there are two additional Copy to Clipboard options:
  • Screen Image: Use this option to copy the current image to the clipboard (WYSIWYG).
  • Extended Image: Use this option to copy all of the bar rows and data to the clipboard even if some of it is not visible due to scrolling.

Publish

Use this menu to generate a Risk Executive Briefing Report.

Field Description
Executive Briefing Publish a Risk Executive Briefing of the current project.
  • To Word — Select this option to generate the report in an MS Word format.
  • To PDF — Select this option to generate the report in a PDF format
Selection Sets Use this menu to set up or edit your selection sets. A selection set is a collection of activities and hierarchy nodes that you want included in the Risk Executive Briefing Report.
