  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Metrics to a Deltek Data Source

You can export all metrics (DCMA and other metrics) that have the Publish Metric option selected on the Metrics tab into a Deltek database. This is helpful when you want to share your results with other people.

When you select this option, Acumen displays a dialog box where you select the project and the data source.

To setup Acumen to be able to publish metrics to a data source, you must first define a valid data source. Click Manage Data Sources on the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box Platforms (Deltek) page to specify the data source that Acumen should use. See the Acumen Installation guide for more information about setting up a database for use with Acumen.

You can export metrics on the S2 // Diagnostics tab. In the Publish menu group, click Publish > Metrics to a Deltek Data Source. The following dialog boxes are displayed on the screen:

  • Select from a project list
  • Export Settings
  • Publish Metric Results to a Deltek Datasource
  • File Import
Note: When exporting metric results, Acumen displays the Cobra contract name in the ContrName field of the CONTRACT table. The value of the ContrName field displays the value of the Cobra Contract Name if populated or the Cobra project name if the Contract Name is blank.
