  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

DOE EVMS Metrics

Use the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Project Management schedule metrics (DOE EVMS metrics) to evaluate project Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs).

The set includes metrics for both baseline (BL) and forecast (FC) IMS evaluation. Both sets of metrics have been set up for automatic calculation and evaluation in Acumen. Each set requires a slightly different setup.

You can review the metric descriptions and setup instructions in the DOE_EVMS_BasicFuseInstructions_<version>.pdf document that is located in the Acumen Fuse\Documentation folder. In addition, there is a sample workbook that includes the metrics, and the metric template, in the Acumen Fuse\Templates folder.

To make the DOE metrics your default metrics for new workbooks, configure Acumen to point to the latest DOE metric template on the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box General page. The latest DOE metric template is DOE_EVMS_MetricTemplate_<version>.aft.
