Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Resource Assignments Tab of the Activity Details Pane

This tab displays information about the assigned resources for the selected activity.

Click on a column header to sort by that column.

Resource

Field Description
Name This column displays the name of the resource assigned to the selected activity.
Resource Type This column displays the activity resource type.

Units

A unit is one person hour.

Field Description
Planned This column displays the total person hours that are planned for the activity.
Planned / Hr. This column displays the number of person hours per hour that are planned for the activity.
Actual This column displays the person hours that have already been used for the activity.
Remaining This column displays the remaining person hours for the activity.
Remaining / Hr. This column displays the remaining number of person hours per hour for the activity.

Cost

Field Description
Cost Based on Units This check box indicates if the cost of the resource is based on the rate of the unit. If it is not selected, then the cost does not depend on the rate for the unit.
Budget This column displays the resource budget for the selected activity.
Actual This column displays the actual cost for the resource for the selected activity.
Remaining This column displays the remaining budget available to the resource for the selected activity.
