Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Sharing an Online Help Topic

Click the Share icon in the toolbar to email a link to the topic to someone else.

An email message displays with the following information:

  • Subject: The topic title
  • Publication: The product help title, for example, Deltek Acumen Online Help
  • Link: A hyperlink to the currently displayed topic

You can edit any of the above information (except the topic link) and add any additional notes that you wish to add.

Add email addresses and click Send.
