Risk Matrix Dialog Box Commands
Use these commands when configuring the risk matrix.

Open | Click to open a saved risk matrix. |
Save | Click to save the risk matrix for use on other projects. |
Impact Types
Field | Description |

Add | Click to add an impact type. The impact units display in either days or hours, depending on your
Duration Time Unit setting in the
group on the S1 // Projects tab. You can click on the impact type name to rename it. You can see the added impact types as columns in the Risk Register. They are not included in the risk analysis calculations; however, adding them here allows you to keep all risk impacts in a single location and to report on them.
When you export the risk register to Excel, the custom risk impacts are included in the export. Similarly, when you import a risk register from Excel, any custom risk impacts that are in the spreadsheet are included in the import. |
Delete | Click to delete an impact type. You cannot delete the default cost and schedule impact types. |
Probability Ranges
Use the slider to set the number of probability buckets in the Probability / Scoring Template pane.
Impact Ranges
Use the slider to set the number of cost and schedule impact range buckets in the Probability / Scoring Template pane.
Color Thresholds
Use the slider to set the number of color thresholds in the Risk Register Color Thresholds pane.
Calibrate
Field | Description |

Auto Score | Click to reset the risk matrix to default scoring. |
Auto Range | Click to reset the cost and schedule impact ranges to the default. This automatically sets the impact values based on the duration and the cost of the workbook. |
