  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Deltek Acumen Options (Platforms - General)

Set code and user defined field options for external data source platforms.

Codes

Field Description
Automatically Map Code Fields to Projects When this option is selected and you add a project to a workbook, every code field in the source project will be mapped into the Acumen workbook. Essentially it automates the Map All Code Fields for this Project option on the Fields tab every time you add a project.
Import Code Field Values As Specify whether you want to import the code field values as a Value or Description.

User Defined Fields

Field Description
Automatically Map User Defined Fields to Projects When this option is selected and you add a project to a workbook, then every user-defined field in the source project will be mapped into the Acumen workbook.

Baseline Fields

Field Description
Show Activity Baseline Fields on the Field Mapping Tab Select this option to display activity baseline fields on the Field Mapping tab. When selected, baseline fields, standard, code, and user defined fields are included in the available fields for Open Plan and Primavera P6 if a baseline is assigned.

Project Variables

Field Description
Copy Project Variables values forward to new Snapshots When you create a new snapshot, you can use this option to specify whether you want to copy the project variables from the previous snapshot to the new snapshot if there is any prior information. This allows you to start from the current state when entering the manual values for DECM metrics.
  • If you select this option, all project variables are copied to the new snapshot. This is the default.
  • If you clear this option, no project variables are copied and all values in the new snapshot are empty.

Project Loading

Field Description
Automatically Import Schedules

This option determines if Acumen will automatically import a schedule. If you prefer to add filters prior to importing the data, you should not select this option.

  • When this option is selected and you choose a schedule using the Get External Data From menu options, Acumen automatically imports the schedule data.
  • When this option is not selected and you use the Get External Data From menu to select a schedule, your next step is to either click Import or Import All Projects, or map fields using the Fields tab.
