Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Commands with Drop-Down Menus

Some of the commands include additional menus.

Where You Click the Icon Description

Click the top portion of the command to run the process.

Example: To import all projects in the current workbook, click Import All Projects.

Click the bottom half of the command, or the arrow on the bottom right corner of the command, to display a drop-down menu with additional options.

Example: Click the Import All Projects down arrow and select Import Project.

When you follow procedure steps in this online help, they will state if you need to click the down arrow, otherwise you should click on the top portion of the command to run the process.
