Elements of Cost Tab of the Activity Details Pane

When you select a control account or work package, this tab displays the values for the five elements of cost (Labor, Material, Other Direct Costs, Subcontrator, None).

When you select a control account, this tab displays the values for the control account only. That is, it doesn't display the sum of the work package values. When you select a work package, it displays the values for the work package only.

Note: This tab does not display if the Deltek Cobra / Cost Data and WAD option on the Platforms (Deltek) page of the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box is not selected.

Field/Option	Description
Element of Cost	This column displays the elements of cost: Labor Material Other Direct Costs Subcontrator None (stores values that are not assigned to any of the other four)
Cost/Hours	These columns display the following data for each element of cost in both cost and hours: Actual Cost of Work Performed (Cumulative and Current) Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (Cumulative and Current) Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (Cumulative and Current) Estimate to Complete Budget at Completion Estimate at Completion
