Deltek Acumen Options (AI Configuration)

Use this page to enable you to set up your login credentials to an artificial intelligence tool.

Azure Open AI Authentication

Note: If you encounter issues in your AI connection set up, contact your System Administrator. For more information on Azure OpenAI Service documentation, refer to the Microsoft website.

Use the fields in this group box to enter your Azure OpenAI credentials to use AI features on Acumen.

Field	Description
API Key	Use this field to enter the text string provided when the Azure OpenAI account is created. This field also refers to your account ID.
Deployment Name	Use this field to enter the name of the deployment you want to use. You can enter between 2-64 characters. For the selected deployment, make sure that the Version Update Policy in Azure OpenAI is set to Once a new default version is available. This will ensure a consistent connection with Acumen and Azure OpenAI. Note: There is a token limit per minute when interacting with Azure OpenAI, depending on your company's setup. Deltek recommends reviewing the AI model deployment in your subscription and adjusting the token usage/limit accordingly. If needed, submit a quota increase request to Microsoft. You can access the Request for Quota Increase form on the Microsoft Azure website.
Endpoint URL	Use this field to enter the URL that directs to the current instance of Azure OpenAI referenced in the Deployment Name field.
Test Connection	Click this button to test your connection.

Note: If you do not want to update the AI settings, leave the three fields blank and click Save.
