Use the options in this menu group to perform such tasks as lock / unlock settings and activities, and add/delete activities and milestones.

| Lock / Unlock
|
Select this option to lock / unlock uncertainty settings.

| Unlock All Children
|
Select this option to unlock all children for the selected parent. This option is only available when you select a parent.

| Add Activity
|
Click this icon to insert a new activity into the schedule. Use the options in the drop-down menu to insert an activity or a milestone.
This option is only available when you select a project scenario or cost estimate in the Projects pane.

| Delete
|
Click to delete the selected activity or milestone. This option is only available when you select a project scenario or cost estimate in the Projects pane.
