Integration

This item controls access to the Integration menu items.

Integration Wizard	This item controls access to the Integration Wizard.
Project Data	This option is always visible. Disabling this item prevents you from loading schedule data from Open Plan, Microsoft Project, Primavera, or text files.
Actual Costs	This option is always visible. Disabling this item prevents you from loading actual costs.
Ancillary Data	This option is always visible. Disabling this item prevents you from loading codes, resources, rates and calendar information from a text file.
Apportionment	This item controls access to the Apportionment items.
Definition	Enabling this item allows you to load apportionment definition data.
Mapping	Enabling this item allows you to load apportionment mapping data.
Assignment Import	This item controls access to the Assignment Import wizard, which allows you to import changes you made to the resource assignments from Excel back into your project.
Configuration Security	Enabling this item allows you to modify configuration securities of supported applications.
Create new configurations	Enabling this item allows you to set up new configuration securities.
Cost Data	This item controls access to the Cost Data wizard, which you use to integrate Cobra cost data to Acumen or wInsight Analytics.
Open Plan Resources	This item controls access to the Update Open Plan Resources wizard, which allows you to send updated resources assignments back to Open Plan schedule.
Open Plan Calendar	This item controls access to the Export Calendar to Open Plan wizard, which allows you to export a Cobra calendar to Open Plan.
Use Open Plan project security	If this item is enabled, Cobra respects the access rights assigned to the Open Plan project and ancillary files to be integrated with Cobra.
XML/UNCEFACT	This item controls access to the wInsight Wizard, which allows you to export Cobra data into wInsight XML or UNCEFACT XML.
ANSI EIA X12	Enabling this item allows you to export program information to other applications that support version 3040 or 4010 of the ANSI X12 Transaction Set 839 Project Cost Reporting.
Assignment Export	This item controls access to the Assignment Export wizard, which allows you to export time-phased resource assignments to Excel for selected control accounts.
Deltek Collaboration	Enabling this item allows use to launch Deltek Collaboration using your default browser.
Initialize Forecast	This item controls access to the Initialize Forecast process, which allows you to initialize forecasts automatically. This process is available only through the Cobra API.
