This item controls the entire Tools tab in Cobra.

This item contains the following items:

Align Time-Phased Dates	This item controls access to the Align Time-phased Dates Wizard, which allows you to adjust period dates in the time-phased table in Cobra to make sure they match the dates in the modified fiscal calendar.
Zero-out Data	This item controls access to the Zero-out Data Wizard, which allows you to set budget and actual time-phased resource values to zero.
Update Codes	This item controls access to the Update Codes Wizard, which allows you to update any of the code fields on a Cobra project with a specified value based on the criteria selected.
Replace Resources	This item controls access to the Replace Resources Wizard, which allows you to replace one resource with another, provided that the new resource is included in the resource file.
Calculated Fields	This item controls access to the Calculated Fields dialog box, which allows you to create calculate fields and perform arithmetic operations.
Update Totals	This item controls access to the Update Totals Wizard, which allows you to sum all detail time-phased resource values by class and result to display the correct summary information for cost sets on roll-up screens
SQL Command Utility	This item controls access to the SQL Command utility.
Run Update Scripts	Enabling this item allows you to update statements in the SQL Command utility.
Run Delete Scripts	Enabling this item allows you to delete statements in the SQL Command utility.
Validity Check	This item controls access to the Validity Check Wizard that allows you to validate a wide range of project information. Process Logs	Enabling this item allows you to filter and view process log information, which includes errors and warnings generated during the process.
