Resources

This item controls access to Resources in Cobra. Disabling this item also disables all of the context menu items, such as Open, Delete, and Resource File Information, when you right-click a selected resource file in the right pane.

If this item is enabled, all of its child items are also enabled by default. However, you can define the permissions for each item in the Resources individually

This item contains the following items:

Rename	Enabling this item allows you to enter a new name for a selected resource file.
Delete	Enabling this item allows you to delete a selected resource file.
Calculations	Enabling this item allows you to define and generate budget costs.
Apportionment Definition	Enabling this item allows you to define how the resource's budget is created.
Resource File Properties	This item controls access to resource file information, such as resource file name, description, thresholds, resources, structure type, resource results, default rate file, and access controls.
Save As	Enabling this item allows you to use the Save As function when saving a resource file.
