Saved Queries Tab

The Saved Queries tab lists user and UI profile queries that have been saved by the user or the administrator for a given Costpoint application.

Field Description
Startup Select this checkbox to execute the query during the startup of the application.
Query ID This column displays the ID for the query.
Query Name This column displays the name of the query.
Save All You can make multiple revisions to different saved queries without having to save each change beforehand. Click Save All to retain all changes to the queries.
Reset Click Reset to clear the fields of the current query criteria from the dialog box.
Query Click Query to initiate the data search based on the parameters you entered. If the query returns more than one record, Costpoint displays the search results in a table. If the query returns just one record, that record displays in form-view format.
Close Click Close to exit the Query dialog box.
