Manage Educational Videos Subtask

Use the Manage Educational Videos subtask to link and manage training videos that appear in the Learning Videos section of the Welcome Screen. This subtask allows you to organize your organization's videos, control their display order, and define which companies or user groups can view each video, helping deliver targeted learning content to different audiences.

Field	Description
Order	Specify the order in which the video appears in the banner. Videos with lower numbers appear first.
Video URL	Enter the URL that links to the hosted training video. The video must be accessible to users through the provided link.
Thumbnail URL	Enter the URL that links to the thumbnail image for the video.
Title	Enter the name of the educational video as it will appear to users in the Learning Videos section so they can quickly identify the purpose or topic of the video. Note: If the title does not fit the screen, it will show as a tooltip. Note: Deltek video URLs, thumbnail URLs, and titles can not be modified and are read-only. .
Description	Enter a brief description of the video content. This description provides users with additional context about what the video covers before they open it.
Enable	Select this checkbox to make the video available to users. Clear the checkbox to hide the video without deleting it.
Restricted	This checkbox indicates whether the video has restrictions for specific users or user groups.
