Support Issues

Use the Support Issues screen to display Costpoint support issues that were entered via the Help Menu or the System Error screen, or directly through this application screen.

Support issues are sorted in descending order with the latest showing first.

Administrators can use this screen to monitor, analyze, and manage support issues reported by Costpoint users. Administrators can use the buttons on this screen to report an issue directly to Deltek Customer Care and get the update on its status.

Note: Support issues reported directly from this screen fall under the same contract quotas defined by your firm's support agreement.
